Our average monthly salary is above 1000 USD. What our PM said is the per capita monthly disposable income of our bottom half is 140 usd, it makes 560 usd for a family of 4 after everything deducted. I don't think your PM dare to show us how much the per capita monthly disposable income of your bottom half is @Viva_Viet , based on your average monthly salary of 200 usd, it will be less than 30 usd per month, or just a few cents per hour...

Exactly what I was trying to say its the disposable income of the bottom half after deducting social security etc. 140usd is enough to survive in the village with own farmland.
