One case does not generalize to the overall level of corruption. Ever heard of logic little Viet?

Hasty generalization - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

On the other hand, Transparency International's report is based on macro data gathering, which is a measure of the overall picture. By all available measures, China is alot less corrupted than your monkey cave.

You're so smart, wonder why you still online this time. Don't have a job to take away your free time? living under your parents basement. I'm applaud on how smart you are talking about statistics. what's this? macro data gathering? LOL go do your homework. Sorry to hear about your living situation under your parent's basement but you need to get out of it. Unless you're unemployed because you don't have skills? go figure.

Ever heard of standard 40 hours work week? That means I get two days off. You would have known that if you ever held a proper job. Maybe you should stop growing weed, but I know how difficult that might be. Afterall, crime is in your genes.

Hehe, Oki, let's consider China is less corruption than VN, but corrupted officers in China can rob poor peasant's land, arrest, torture them and no one dare to punish those bad buys .Thus, China political system is Mafia system and it will create Jasmine revolt like in Middile east soon.

Then, it will be a time we take back our islands:coffee:

LOL! Like I said, you're beyond stupid. It's way more likely that you will have your monkey revolution before us, seeing how you're more corrupt with lower living standard. Did I mention your 20% inflation rate?

LOL, ever heard of get a life? your life must suck to work on a standard 40 hours/week and just get only 2 days off? must be a lot of hard work. Maybe if you get yourself educated enough you wouldn't end up working for someone 40 hours/week and only get 2 days off. You thinking about committing a crime? Yeah, go rob TD bank. I doubt you even have that ability. Never heard or seen a Chinese person rob someone before, but you would make it look good.

Well since I actually obey the law, I get a job with standard work week like most people in this country. Chinese are not like you Viets when it comes to talent in illegal activities. I don't go around recommending people to rob banks or grow pot like you guys do, and actually work legitimately for my pay.

Good luck with robbing TD bank and all. Maybe you'll end up in one of my reports for the local RCMP detachment.

LOL, that's nice, we definitely like people like you. Hard working, loyal, obey the law, and provide cheap labor. Don't get me wrong though those are pretty positive traits about you. I could definitely learn from that. You're so talented. Remember, you and me both live in Canada, we both obey the law. What's your talent? Cleaning or leeching off of people or pirating/copying softwares? I mean those are pretty good talents to have.

.
Now you both are "Asian-Canadians", I presume. Why would you insist on disgracing each other by pissing on yourselves?

And why would you bring your sh!t with each other to Canada? Or Canada into your sh!t with each other?

Well as long as you both are having fun then p!ss and cr@p away ... although the entertainment value is far less than what my man HongWu can showcase in a couple of keystrokes.

Those polices were arrested and putted in jail unlike in China, corrupted police can't be arrested.

Then, don't pay them, just shoot them or fight back, problem solved

I definitely consider myself a "cleaner" of sorts, since my work helps to clean up community of crime, especially little Viets' pot growing operations. Next month they're going to raid some of little Viets' "video store" full of pirated Chinese TV shows and movies. Funny how those shops exist without much business going on eh? If I see your uncle at the pre-trial centre I'll make sure to say hello.

Little Viets in Canada have a famous reputation for engaging in the drug trade. Out of the 10 I know, only 2 had legitimate jobs while the rest either do something illegal or rips off the government. Oh and they're moving to the Prairies.

Base on what? Your words? You haven't been able to provide any sort of reference for your wild claims so far.

"Yeah they were arrested, so corruption doesn't exist in Vietnam."

I guess little Viets are equally stupid across the world.

Vietnam sentences policeman for fatal beating
Mar 2, 2011, 5:21 GMT

Hanoi- A court in northern Vietnam has sentenced a policeman to seven years in jail for killing a man over a traffic violation in an incident that sparked mass public outrage in the province.
Bac Giang People's Court on Tuesday sentenced Nguyen The Nghiep, 25, for 'causing death to a person in the performance of official duties.'
Policeman Nghiep arrested Nguyen Van Khuong last July for not wearing a helmet whilst driving a motorcycle. Khuong was later found in the police station with head injuries and died in hospital.
When the authorities returned Khuong's body to his family the next day, his relatives blamed the police for his death and took the coffin to the provincial People's Committee headquarters in Bac Giang city, demanding that those responsible be brought to justice.
Thousands of demonstrators joined their cause, as police used tear gas to disperse the biggest protests ever seen in the province.
Local media has reported several incidents of Vietnamese police brutality.
US-based activist group Human Rights Watch (HRW) last October said an alarming number of incidents had been reported from every region of Vietnam.
HRW said there had been at least 19 incidents of reported police brutality, resulting in the deaths of 15 people, all reported in the state-controlled press in Vietnam from October 2009 to October 2010.

yes you are right we are very talented people, that s why we controlled your economy, we make sure poor viets got something to eat by employing lazy viets, my uncle owned a factory in vienam , he told me making money in vietnam is dead easy, i asked him why, he said the Vietcong they are too lazy to work and they aint that smart either they just greedy, but dont get me wrong chinese people are greedy too, but we are smart we look more into long term gain unlike those lazy viets they are more into immediate benifit, look at hochiminh city today almost 90% of shop owners are chinese and to the embaressment of the VC PM they have to pass the law not to allow chinese shop signs must be in vietnamese only LOL

China corrupted leaders controled VN corrupted officer , but thing changed , our political system is learner and clearner day after day when China our political system is becoming Mafia system with most of them (including Hu,Xi, Policemen etc) are corrupted to the core.

Tiananmen incident will happen again soon, and China has to leave SCS(east sea) to return it back to VN, just like China had to leave Lao San moutain in 1992 , few year after Tiananmen incident happened :coffee:
