Sure, it will be called a trainer carrier because it's the first chinese aircraft carrier, but it will have all the necessary component to fight like a real aircraft carrier, just like how L-15 is more capable in ground support operations than a Q-5, but is still called a trainer.

I have seen NIMITZ class ACC myself maybe that was USS George Washington , man that thing looked awesome
