China's insistence on Pakistan being equated with India for entry into the NSG is just an excuse not to let India in as China is loathe to see India as its competitor. China knows full well that the NSG will never allow Pakistan in and thus China would achieve its objective of keeping India out.

Pakistan has become a convenient tool used as and when needed by China to further it's strategic assets.

Prequisite to arming Viets with Nukes, would be Vietnamese interest in becoming a nuclear power or atleast posses long range ballistic missile.

Pakistani Diplomacy has a Strong Feeling that China will assist it to Get Footing at International Clubs by Blocking India & Forcing India to come to a Table & Discuss ways to get Chinese Support...albeit Pakistan also Gets a Green Card.


But But But---China does know its International Clout has diminished, No More is China the Flag ship of Global Progress.

China also knows, it can Buy support of Nations in Africa now but Not Arab world once their Strong Ally...
Nor Pakistan is of Economic or Military Interest at Global Level any more....
