Paracels is not disputed. There is a thriving city over there with billions of dollars invested and a full economy has thrived.

I don´t know any country that questions the US sovereignty over Hawaii. Do you know any country in the world, that accepts your sovereignty over Paracels?

If you do not vacate the occupied islands that are in dispute in the Spratlys, then those areas will remain backward for ever.
