All global powers have same end goals. No doubt that some sort of security arrangement between Pak and China is going to be implemented in the future. The security component cannot be ruled out since this is a joint venture. It makes full sense for China to have some sort of naval presence along side Pakistan. I am all for an overt Chinese military presence along side Pak military. Be it in small numbers.
