The title of thread is misleading, the article came from an editorial on Xinhua, and it didn't actually warn US, they merely expressed concern about rising militarization.

You have learned about Western MSM newspeak. Regarding to China article, author will use words like crackdown, infringe on human rights, China dictatorship, authoritarian regime, warn, etc....all of these words are made up to incite negative emotion in the reader.

Obviously, Indian now speak English for everything, so they fall under the same propangada program that influence much of American, which is why American are so sinophobic right now.
