Sometimes scrolling through TikTok I see videos of Indian street food, and I don't know if this is mostly in the southern states but they just throw a whole bunch spices, vegetables and random stuff in a pot and mix it up

There is a method of course. Street food works on turnover. Speed sells. And thousands of videos of speed record street chefs with fancy moves. Southerners are generally more flamboyant in India. Colorful and over the top for us northern folk.
