actually u can run quite safely 200kmh on high way that limited to 120kmh( we tested wt Range rover when the high way just finished and no camera yet ).the Govt just dont want drivers drive too fast.

Here in on German autobahn you can drive as fast as you can. I once accelerated to 220kmh. I think VN should allow 200 kmh once superhighways with multiple broad lanes are complete.

maybe he drive 40kmh wt Cnese truck in VN. Cnese trucks in VN have bad quality due to CN factories try to lower thr price( average for the life time of Cnese truck is 3 years only) Thats why Cnese truck drivers will not drive fast
