'Kereta' Cepat ? Apa pasal bukan 'Keretapi' Cepat ?
In formal standard, yes.
But for daily conversation, 'Kereta' means Kereta api in Indonesia. So sometimes we tend to refer Kereta api as an old train. or Just Using KRL (Kereta rel listrik) as nowadays train, Kereta Cepat as Bullet Train.

I know in Malay it's different. 'Kereta' means Car, Kereta Api means Train.
But in Indonesia, we have different words for that.

English vs Indonesia vs Malay
Car = Mobil = Kereta
Train = Kereta = Kereta Api

. .
Because government changed in Mahatashtra and the new government stopped all projects initiated by the previous BJP government. Now BJP ally is back in power and the process started with a delay of 4-5 years. Land acquisition from farmers is biggest challenge in the whole process.
Because its INDIA. That's the reason.
