Americans, Europeans & Russians who have killed thousands directly or their indirect support having led to thousands killed, have a good impression or image, while China which is making counterfeit products has a bad image.

I wonder, how come the designs of these counterfeit products reach the Chinese. Definitely someone among the western nations are providing them with these designs and helping the Chinese in making such things.

May be May be not.. but if someone is legally providing designs then why would they call it counterfeit.. It looks more like those designs were illegally copied or stolen..

Chinese have a lot positive image other then Pakistan & N.Korea.

Ok. But even African countries complain about counterfeit products and dangerous medicines being shipped from China by putting labels of other countries. I don't think that in any way gives them a positive image that we are talking about..

How is the Chinese gov. brutal in comparison to your gov. where millions are dying a slow and painful death caused by hunger and simple diseases? Just make a simple comparison of the social indicators of both countries!

In case you missed my other post about whether India should scrap democracy where I mentionned Maslow's hierarchy of needs. What you said about freedom is historically as well as scientifically not proven. In fact, all successful domocracies were in their industrialisation phase anything but democratic. Not in Germany, not in France, not in the UK, the USA, Japan, Korea or Taiwan. NONE!

May be we are advanced in terms of system of governance. Just because Germany, France, UK or USA were not democracies (I don't know how their system of governance evolved and hence thinking you to be true) while in development phase, doesn't make their evolution superior.

Anyway, China is not rich. Its per capita is 1/10th of an American. China is in the process of bring out millions out of poverty, so is India

All of the above mentionned democracies evolved differently, their only common trait was that they were not democratic during inudstrialisation and full democracy was established after WWII when illiteracy was eradicated, the median income very high and the economy fully industrialised.

China is not rich, indeed, there are still a few percentage of illiteracy, large parts of western China just started industrialisation and thus to early for democracy.

IMO, yes, authoritarism is better for China at this stage. China is ruled by a communist party only by name. But by the end of the day, it's the Chinese who should decide what kind of democracy or no democracy they choose and evolve into.
