I Don't understand the Need for this Tower buliding ,on soft loan from foreign nation it would have been better spent on infrastructure like road or railway,port or An new University .... well who m i too decide for them

But Asian countries need to understand we are not like some western nation who can go printing money to finance their country's need... its a hard earned money through severe toilling .... This money shld b used for betterment of common ppl instead of going on to showing off to world....And this is applicable to india toooo
We already have examples of two countries USA and Dubai ,,,, y not learn from their mistake

I don't know why you are worrying for development of telecommunication tower which is a good investment for us. All most all main ports are already upgrading here, more private universities will pop-up soon. Road development is happening well. I only agree with you railway developments we need completely upgrade our railway, we have very old railway network.

Now we have 8Mbps broadband lines for homes since this year and 96Mbps 4G is on testing, so this telecommunication tower will play a major role in the future! So this investment is great decision taken by GoSL.
