It was not an even match. Imperial Japan was militarily as advanced as the west while China was backwards like india, but we still managed to kill over a million Japanese invaders.

I don't know why you bring up CPC this, CPC that, free media expression etc etc, none of this information is hidden. It is widely available and accessible everywhere, including China. You are way too paranoid.

Japan was still not quite as advanced as Germany, England or the US. maybe not even that of Russia as Russia under Zhukov convinced Japanese high command to attack the US instead after two big whopping. And China was weak and divided, probably equivalent to India today. But China back then was much more more poor and backward as compare to British India as British really built up the economy of British India.
