It's also a historical fact that immediately after they failed to overthrow Chinese rule, these "separatists" were welcomed by India with open arms.
in 1971 over 10ml west-pakistanis cross over to india for the same reason...
today over 30ml somalians living in ethopia for the same reason..
when rulers try to supress the humanity , people fly-out if not able to retaliate..
