radical buddists ist not a threat to other people today. they burning and killing themselves. but they dont hurt other peoples life. it is far better than the radical islam.

we can saythat the maoist in indian or talibans in pakistan are terrorist, but the tibetans are at least not terrorist as long as they dont kill other peoples life.
