The Media in China is like any other media around the world. Certain countries will show certain things to their audiance, this has been mention before.

Because some elections don't work such as those in many countries in Asia, including India. (btw, China has its own way of election differing from many of its neighbors.)

Democracy is not about Full filling everyone's demand . its about freedom of expression and healthy criticism . Every one has the right to ask for what he things is right for himself but then then the system chooses to fullfil the demand which is good for everyone and the whole society .
Thats is why most of democracies have secularism and freedom of expression as their inherent qualities imbibed with them

Difficult question to answer. There is no doubt that they're considered Chinese today but even as late as WWII when the Japanese set up Manchukuo, they considered themselves not to be Chinese and yet, they are without a doubt a very much Chinese dynasty.

There are many ways to view it. I don't consider Genghis Khan a Chinese and yet, many Chinese do.

I think you should know most Manchukuo's officers were Han Chinese,not Manchus.Emperor Puyi want to use Japanese rule China again,not gain indepedent.
Most Manchus on that time didn't support Manchukuo,you can see many Manchus died for China,such as Tong Linge,Tang Juwu,Bai Yihua,etc.
