It doesn't work like that. These deals takes years to iron out. The democratic admin would be lucky to get a new deal with Iran in 5-6 years and by then who knows which party will control the US. You don't understand how the US gov works. Sanctions are a power of congress and not the presidency. This means Biden has to go though congress to remove sanctions on Iran. With the Israel lobby power in congress and the fact that Iran is even less popular in US now then 5 years ago, reduction of sanctions on Iran is not going to pass.

I also like to mention the deal was done at the height of ISIS . Now ISIS is defeated, Isreal and US no longer needed Iran, but instead view it as a problem because of its present in Syria and Iraq. For the deal to go through, Iran will need to concede more than just nuclear this time. Biden/Trump are the same, the civil government might change hand, but deep state policy will never change.
