China shall give 50 JF17 Thunder on emergency bases

I see realistic number of JF-17 by end of this year 2011 would be around 90-100.
34 are completed in august 2011
50 are expected to deliver in Nov/Dec 2011.
Hopefully 6-8 more would be completed in CAC by end of current year.

So 34+50+8= 92 Operational JF-17 i-e around -5 squadrons by end of 2011 Insha Allah.

GDP of Pakistan is $175 billion & PAF total military budget for ARMY NAVY & AIRFORCE is 4% OF GDP. ie $6.5 billion.

$30 billion " are you sure you not mixing this up with the defense budgets of saudi or india who both spent that amount in 2009

The procurement budget is not included in defence budget in Pakistan! and like said above, the mode of payment can be varied.

What people tend to forget or rather ignore, is the fact that it is the 2nd batch that is being made on a hurried status and will only arrive after the first batch is completed which has not been achieved as of now. My info tells me it is likely to begin from mid or late 2012 but not before that.

Mathematically correct, If i am using my guess then we have
8 SMB +2 Chinese + 2 PAC (2009)+24 PAC (till June 2011 assuming FY than CY since military and Govt uses FY) that means we should at least have 3~4 more produced till now (1 a month) that takes PAF inventory at 39~40 means if SMB is included then 10 are more to come ( till June 2012) if SMB is excluded then (Dec 2012)

based on your info emergency thunderrs x 50 beginning in late 2012 MEANS " there was no extra 50 THUNDERS " BACK IN MAY 2011 when this hoax news was started.

ACM tanvir himself stated PAF would have 50 THUNDERS by mid to late 2012

THE EMERGENCY 50 was nothing more then RECONFIRMATION of this first order of 50 planes to be completed. in six months

which means LOL the various calulations we have here 33 + 50 +_13 = 95 by year end statements by some OVER paitriotic posters is just rediculous and very juvenile.
