China’s greatest threat is internal

Article is not from a Indian newspaper or person it is a writer who is president of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Hard to digest? when it does not come from Chinese state media for some im guessing.

A tip of iceberg? Can't you use some new words?

None of these issues you mentioned are as severe as the ones we've dealt decades before.

Everyone can go onto the street to protest about their wages. Like the occupy Wall Street action, dose that mean US is failure country?

Who is talking about the country failing? this article just highlights some key issues to be taken on board.

I have been travelling to China for more than three decades, but never have I encountered a Chinese leadership so uncertain of the country’s future

It is good to hear a neutral aspect from someone who has experiance of China.

India's greatest threat is also internal. Maoists, Sikh Independence, Dalits and religious/caste violence all contribute to an alarming death toll.

Why are you going off-topic when the article is not from a Indian or Indian newspaper:disagree:
You can open a thread on the internal situation of India but why hijack this one?

"The greatest threat is the internal one."

LOL obviously, this has always been true.

If a country is internally strong and united, then foreign powers can not do anything. (Except cause a nuisance.)

It is always when a country is weak and divided, that foreign powers can cause so many problems.

Don't forget recent international test scores have proven that as high as 89% of Indians age 15 are functionally illiterate. China worries about North Korean refugees, but we must strengthen our Tibetan borders when these illiterate masses come looking for work as part of their so-called demographic dividend.

I think the future is clear to Beijing, China's been hoarding raw metals, building up military, and building up empty cities.

That paints a clear picture of preparing for external threat rather than internal.
