I know, the author got carried away with the headline of his write up but mind you, Pakistan Russia have been expanding their relations in the last 2-3 years and you never know in next 4-5 years we may enjoy agreements like 'strategic /economic partnerships / defense pacts with them as things are going right in that direction.

As far as Su35 is concerned, Pakistan has never requested for Su35 to Russians 'yet' so obviously there is "no official talk" between both the countries as of now.

This is the era of "extra ordinary" staffs compared to what folks are accustomed since the end of WW2. Many more are on the way. Old systems of "winners take all'" are crumbling down as haves forgot to share with have-nots. Moreover, they felt like they're entitled to luxuries whole others are destined to be doomed. I cant disagree with you but the thing is you have now shifted to west like jets,submarines artillery etc. Which Russia was thinking that they were gonna sell to you. Now as trump is the new president things are gonna get changed for many countries. USA wont sell any high end weapon to Arabs and ME countries so they are gonna go for either Russian or Chinese stuff so they cant ignore Pakistan because of its ties with those countries. The gap that was created by you would be filled with another source. So you can stop bragging about money.. Your deals with Japan and West are the nails in the coffin of INDO-RUSSIA relationship.

Russia is going for monitory union with China. Many more will join them. This is the real threat the USA is facing. Any hard nosed policy and it'll be difficult to stop the deluge. If Mr. Trump wants isolation for the USA this is the time to do it...

No Sir, that little pretty baby girl is Jewish. However, they've already taught her Chinese and French (along with English). The purpose is for her to grow up and be a big deal, whether in politics or in business. A Child speaking Chinese like a Chinese person would, can do wonders in business and in politics. I think that Mr. Trump is setting all of his family to be the next US Presidents, just have a gut feelings from the pictures and interviews.

But let's take the discussion back to the main point. What do you think about the US now considering joining the one belt one road? I'd like to hear from all members participating on this thread. This is a serious move by the US to join a Chinese led, multi-national project across the globe.

@GreenFalcon : Sir, I responded to your post above with a link that the Trump administration is considering joining the one belt, one road, and the most prominent branch of that is the CPEC (and Pakistan growing and one of the highest return producing economies). Will you please open a separate thread for me as I can't open one up? The link was provided in the previous post. Thank you sir! I'd like to see how the members react to that news.

It would be better if India started to accept the reality. 1947 happened long time ago there is no turning back, so is the case with CPEC. India can become a super power we won't mind just let the Kashmiris decide their fate. To make things more easy to accept for India I would suggest Pakistan and China should offer to rename CPEC to "Combined Peace Economic Corridor". Win win for all who wants to be left behind.

Actually, you guys have to stop dreaming.
1) Pakistan is no Superpower.

2) Forget Russia ditching India for Pakistan, even China is working with us. The World is very dependent. Try to first understand basics of foreign policy. It's not a zero-sum game that Russia is either with India or with Pakistan. They have interest on both side like India has a relationship with US and Russia both.

I disagree with your opinion. With current scheme of things, Russia will find it more comfortable with willing Pakistan than than ambitious or demanding India...Russia also understands that the current India in 2016 is not the same as 1980. India will not accomodate or toe the same path as it was before. Whereas Pakistan of today, is in a situation where it will grab any one and everyone as it knows US is no more on its side...So i do not think, it is something a dream rather than sooner or later it will just be an official position of Russia.
