The tanker is travelling to Indonesia where it will remain berthed without discharging oil cargo since it is loaded will crude ordered on April 14( before waivers were lifted) so Kunlun bank was forced to load the oil as most of payment was already done but now it is unable to unload the oil to customers and the ship will remain as a floating offshore storage till US sanctions remain.
In 2012 such a case happened with a Korean tanker which remained unloaded for nearly 17 months and was docked in Taiwan.

This is why tanker is reporting destination as Indonesia.

Where are the 'not so smart Indian' who said they would not bend to US pressure?

China will sell at market price to other buyers but the price China buys from Iran is probably 20-30 percent off market price.

AIS data shows that Pacific Bravo reached Basrah on 11th May at 9PM LT.

It was detected on move again on 16th morning.
This means underwent the standard 5l4 day long operational turnaround and loading time of tankers of it's category.s

Tankertracker.com is well known for being unreliable about middle east oil trade after all they are same company which once mistakenly labelled Omani tankers as UAE tankers for nearky 2 weeks in 2014.
