China reiterates strong support for Pakistan

I hope you all understand that VCHENG is either a taiwanese or Indian TROLL.

Now you are not shouting, but you are still wrong! :D

I actually agree. Political stability is much stronger in America than it is in China.

Even despite all the recent events. The American government is not going to collapse and be replaced with another form of government, when they can vote each other out every four years.

But political changes in China (even to the point of an all-out revolution), are extremely unlikely to change the attitude of the Chinese government towards Pakistan. China and Pakistan are all-weather friends, and this will survive any change in Government.

In America on the other hand, the US administration is accusing Pakistan of being complicit in the Haqqani attack on the American embassy. And this is certainly not the first accusation that has been made, just the most recent one. Also, polls show that the Pakistani people and the American people, have no great affection for the opposite country.

A very good post, thank you.

My point was that if the circumstances are manipulated that it becomes a choice between its own economic prosperity and Pakistan, guess who will take the back seat from a Chinese point of view?

.
I would submit to you that there is no political unrest in DC, such as kind that you are referring to.
.

Denial? I refer you to Woodwards Obama's Wars - where Woodward points out that the US military deliberately , willfully mislead Obama in a effort to prolong the occupation in Afghanistan.

But if you really need evidence of this dysfunction - just look at how with DoD playing politics Pakistan went from Ally to Enemy and less than three days later, with the DoD back in it's box, back to Ally

I hope you all understand that VCHENG is either a Taiwanese or Indian TROLL. So anything he says is irrelevant because he is an imposter. Now if he had the Ba_ _S to use the Flag of his own country then it would be interesting to see what he said.

VCheng is alright buddy. His posts make sense most of the time, which makes him better than a lot or even most of the members on this forum.

The problem as far as I can see, is that he seems to be the only Pakistani member here who favours America over China, which is perhaps is perhaps the reason behind all this friction. But his viewpoints are still valid, even if they are not common on this forum.

LOL!

Such shenanigans are as American as apple pie, and this is the way things have always been done in DC.

I kid you not.

I don't doubt that, I'm just pointing to the imbalance

Point well taken, but to muddle through is the American way in politics as well as governance, imbalances included.

A bit correction: "he seems to be the only Pakistani member here who favours America over China + Pakistan"

To participate discussion, he (Cheng) was thrilled to support US's plan to attack Pakistan and ISI. After Obama's announcement not to invade Pakistan yesterday, he disappeared without participation. I guarantee, He will be the first Pakistani to support US in every situations to destroy Pakistan.

I am still here! :D

Can you please show me where I appear "thrilled" at the prospect of war between USA and Pakistan? I have always been opposed to it.

Oh, and the political tango is still continuing. It is NOT as simple as the US accusing and then backing off. It is not a victory of Pakistan by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly, I must say it like it is.

Thanks to the Chinese once again for their “unshakeable” support .

But I think our leaders need to learn to stand on their own 2 feet!!

Every time there are problems with Americanos our politicians don’t waste time to run straight for Beijing and get unconditional support.

This is embarrassing and should be stopped. Lol I already lost count of the high level visits by Chinese officials in the last 2 years alone.

Peace
