It is not possible for ships to switch off AIS since both Bahrain and UAE have banned such a move.
This means all ships leaving Persian gulf get tracked easily.
Also US has entire Persian gulf under radar coverage and can track every ship.
So you mean Iran will follow Bahraini and UAE instructions before they will sell 'sanctioned' oil? . You sure your mum didn't drop you when you were a baby?
Yes, they can track all ships and yet one just unloaded oil in China.
