China record food harvest

国家统计局12日公布，2022年全国粮食总产量13730.6亿斤，比上年增加73.6亿斤，增长0.5%，粮食产量连续8年稳定在1.3万亿斤以上。

粮食增产来之不易。党中央、国务院高度重视粮食生产，各地区各部门严格落实粮食安全党政同责，持续加大对粮食生产的支持力度。

稳价格，提高农民种粮积极性。2022年，中央继续提高小麦、稻谷最低收购价，稳定玉米、大豆生产者补贴和稻谷补贴政策，先后向实际种粮农民发放一次性补贴400亿元。

抗灾情，秋粮产量有所增加。国家统计局农村司司长王贵荣介绍，今年南方地区持续高温干旱，对秋粮生产带来不利影响。中央财政紧急安排农业生产和水利救灾资金，各地全力抗旱救灾，强化田间管理，特别是近年来建成的高标准农田，对农业防灾减灾发挥了重要作用。今年全国秋粮产量10220亿斤，比上年增加42.5亿斤。

挖潜力，粮食播种面积增加。各地压实粮食生产责任，强化耕地用途管制，通过退林还田、间套复种、农田连片整治等方式，挖掘面积潜力。多措并举形成合力，全国粮食播种面积17.75亿亩，比上年增加1051.9万亩，增长0.6%。其中，小麦面积基本稳定，玉米和稻谷面积稳中略降。豆类面积大幅增加17.4%，薯类面积有所下降。

2022年，全国夏粮和早稻产量分别为2948.1亿斤和562.5亿斤，分别比上年增加28.9亿斤和2.1亿斤。

据介绍，今年全国谷物产量12664.9亿斤，比上年增加9.7亿斤，增长0.1%；全国豆类产量470.2亿斤，比上年增加77.1亿斤，增长19.6%。31个省区市中，有23个粮食增产。（记者 高云才、陆娅楠、常钦）

Take note of China provincial food production over years. The Heilongjiang province is mostly under the "people commune" vilified as causing starvation in Great Leap Forward. Today, the transformed Heilongjiang people commune produced much more food than Canada and far more productive than the private farms of the west.

When the people commune system get increasingly developed, they are able to put in lots of modern farming equipment, farming scientist, farming R&D, dams, IOT that creates an unsurpass productivities compared to small private farms. They also have food processing, logistic, storage...etc

They are far far more efficient than western private farms.
