was they ever talked about Kashmir specially in 1947-48?.. the answer is no, they just talked about entire j & k included pakistan (Gb and pak kashmir). Adding, Chinese came after 1962 only when it was already passed so by default chinese part comes..

there is no dispute, India is illegally occupying Pakistani territory in Jammu and Kashmir. India should return this to Pakistan right after a quick UN/China / Pakistan run plebiscite in indian occupied Kashmir with one simple question who would the people of Jammu and Kashmir like to stay under Pakistan or India?

Pakistan will then decide to make this region a self autonomous or full province based on the will of the Kashmiri people.
