Yes we had problem with Chinese sub visiting Sri lankan ports and we had warned to Sri lankan gov. of stern action if it happens again but they did not listen so we got Rajpakje gov. changed in Srilanka. There is nothing called Chinese actually. It is a blanket term to denote a huge number of diverse people. There multiple 'Chinese' countries as well. Like Mongolia, PRC, ROC, Honk Kong. PRC acts as a bully, but the rest of the Chinese states are not. Even PRC is an artificial state, built on imperialism. The individual nations within it like Guanxi, Manuchukkuo, Manchuria, Outer Mongolia, Yunnan, Mengukkuo, Macau, Hong Kong, Turkestan, Xinxiang, Tibet should be given the right to self determination as enshrined in the UNO.

btw, we should issue stapled visas to people of all the disputed territories under CCP rule.
