Xu Caihou, Zhang Yang and Li Jihong were members of CMC.

To the ordinary people, its obvious the trial has gone in her favor because of her defense legal team, whether they presented honestly or otherwise, but that's the application of laws in a democratic judiciary system.

@lbsaw A "democratic" judicial system? Judges are appointed, not elected. She is acquitted because the prosecution provided only circumstantial evidence which cannot meet the criminal standard of "beyond reasonable doubt." You have no idea what you are talking about.

This is the type of law and order of the free world... what is this lawyer saying? Is communist type of law better?

That brings us to the point who has better rule or law, USA or China?

Tiffany Li did murder. As a result of procedural justice, unfavorable evidence against her were disqualified.

There is a conspiracy of USA legal cabal that, so long defendant pays for very senior lawyer, all crime will be acquitted, or settle out of court.

Many senior lawyers may not be smart, but this is how the legal system works to maximzed profit for her leaders.
