China prepares for "Shenzhou 10

The State Council Information Office says preparations for "Shenzhou 10"’ are underway. It says preparatory work for the selection and training of astronauts is now being carried out.

Officials say female astronauts are likely to be on board the next flight mission. Wang Zhaoyao, Director of the China Manned Space Engineering Office says China is ready to share its technical findings with other countries. China has invested 39 billion yuan in developing manned space technology over the past 20 years.

More than 900 national patents have been registered and over 400 technical innovations made in the course of developing the manned space flights have been applied in science education, mining safety, and heath care.

I think around 100 billion yuan would be enough for China.

money not issue for china..... they plan go to moon only after 2020.
also they need launch new generation rocket with able to send large space ship.
expected new generation rocket CZ-5/7 will launch around 2014 for first time, it can carry more than 1000 ton, compare to current CZ-2F can carry 670ton now.

some corrections,
2012 CZ-5 is only 25ton capacity for low orbits, that is barely enough for unman moon mission. until another 10 years later, CZ-9 will have 100-130 ton orbit capacity, China will plan for manned mission.
