@Kyle Sun
the designer must have a thing for roundabouts
Do not understand.

What's the detail purpose to do a circle ?

That is also not Indian Railway pic......look at the huge number of skull cap wearing fellows in both of your pictures.......
Damn . Never thought about this .

People often spread Pakistani and Bangladeshi railway pic as Indian........I checked the sites from where you have taken the pictures and they all tagged them as Indian railway pic. while they are not.
Would you please post some Indian pictures?

. . .
I mean the tech reason.

Only one rail way over there ,no need to make a big circle.

Or the gradient is too big ?
That's possible, the design isn't very efficient with all those circles. I'm sure they have their reasons for planning it that way

Indian trains do get over crowded during peak hours(office hours).....people can be seen hanging out of the doors of local(short distance) trains during this time(1-2 hrs. in the morning and 1-2 hrs. in the evening).....but they cannot sit on the roof as the trains are electric........
Only the long distance trains are Diesel but you will never see people travelling on the roof-tops as no-one can travel without reservation in those trains.....

Regarding pictures.........you can find many from the internet(right and wrong)........
