The 22th（11th at HDS）is under construction at HDS。

Plus 2 054s，there are now a total of 24 Type 054/054A FFGs。Time for Type 057s

Are you sure this is an 054A.........doesn't look like one to me, looks like a ship constructed for export?

Chinese vessels don't have this type of pennant number!
