China, Pakistan to shoot movie on trade cooperation

Why alone China and Turkey. And India as well, after all 1.3 Billion is not too little a population for some good business of films. Even bollywood never underestimated Pakistan's population from the business perspective.

Realistically speaking, it will NEVER EVER be viable for Pakistan to have ANY collabarative or other forms of relations with india. ANY other nation in this world YES, but not india.

You are right, but you don't know the Chinese.

Chinese only talk about Amir khan, not thinking about which country he came from. in fact... Most Chinese don't know Bollywood. But almost every Chinese knows Hollywood.

If you look at the current Chinese films, you can see the amazing "Hollywood style".

Chinese know from where Aamir khan came from and please note that his film was successful not by acting in any chinese film, but an Indian film and indian content to chinese audience. Bollywood not popular in china before but now slowly it is gaining ground.Chinese films are successful in China, but beyond china it is having less recognition.

But cultural ties cannot be so successful with regards to Bollywood popularity in Turkey vs Lollywood popularity in Turkey.Hollywood are popular all over the world not because of any cultural similarities,but it is a huge,advanced film industry+English language(universal language)

This is a turkish popular actress and is also a huge fan of Aamir khan and in Mumbai...For cultural or racial similarities, she should be in Karachi !

Lollywood is a non-existent historical relic. Things are changing fast in Pakistan. Films, media etc aside, in terms of our military, economic, political, scientific and technological collaboration with China and Turkey is so strong that Pakistan's fate and future has become intertwinned with that of Turkey and China. Film and media is a miniscule matter in these 2 burgeoning relations.

These films are not 80's or 90's but recent films success in pakistan and earned more than pakistani super hit film recently 'Jawani phir nahi ayegi'

Dangal not released in pakistan, otherwise it will grab 75 crore INR from pakistan alone..

3.5 million indian DTH dishes are operating in pakistan homes illegally , people want to see indian tv films news even at the risk of being caught and punished by law . so much so even after no similarity of race , language , traditions , ties cultures .
