nonsense. Russia has no liquidity due to oil price issues and is looking to sidle with China for some cash. Except they are a few years late - since last year China itself is trying to soften their own crash by burning through dollars to save reminbi (they have burnt through $1T out of their 3.8 in less than 18 months). Pakistan just tags along.
