China doesn't have the desire nor capacity to dominate the Indian ocean. However, China can and will work with other nations, like Pakistan, around and in the Indian Ocean for scientific and security missions.

Pakistan welcomes China and see's its work in scientific and security missions as vital to protect the Arabian and indian ocean for all.

It is important Pakistan works with China to push security in the region
