NSG terms are non binding...so what are Indians boasting about?? NSG is a clown which cannot be enforced..they could have got the deal from US even if every NSG member opposed it..its like episode two of "Leauge of Nations"

erm...no..it is not a league of nations but rather like OPEC,they have monopoly on nuclear fuel.
So in the absence of their nod, you will only have uranium from your own country
