#国内首款北斗短报文手机芯片量产破千万# 5月30日,中国电科在2023中关村论坛上联合发布重大成果“北斗卫星通信融入大众智能手机及实现产业化”。中国电科导航领域首席专家王振岭表示,该成果意味着北斗短报文应用将逐渐成为智能手机的“标配”。
今年2月,一条“驴友贡格尔草原遇大雪迷路,靠手机卫星通信自救”的新闻引发关注。该事件中,“驴友”使用手机上自带的卫星通信功能,发出求救信号,并且附带精准的坐标信息,最后成功获救。
中国电科首席科学家蔚保国表示,实现该功能的关键,是国内首颗智能手机北斗短报文通信射频基带一体化芯片。据介绍,该芯片攻克了大众手机应用体制弱信号情况下快速捕获、可靠译码等关键技术,创新实现“不换卡、不换号、不增加外设”的“一号双网”设计。其装入手机后,能在荒漠地区、出海遇险、地震救援等无地面网络覆盖情况下,支撑应急通信、搜索救援等需求,为我国及周边国家区域用户提供紧急通信保底手段,有效解决“不在服务区”难题。
“目前,这款芯片可以接入任何手机,同时北斗也打通了短报文平台与三大运营商的连接,任何手机内置这一块芯片后,即可连接北斗卫星,发送消息给北斗。”王振岭说。据悉,目前国内首款北斗短报文手机芯片量产已突破千万,在手机中应用技术已发展成熟。(杨双 科技日报记者 付毅飞,图源:中国北斗卫星导航系统)

Wei Baoguo, Chief Scientist of CETC, said that the key to realizing this function is China's first Beidou short message communication radio frequency baseband integrated chip for smartphones. According to reports, the chip overcomes key technologies such as fast capture and reliable decoding under the weak signal of the mass mobile phone application system, and innovatively realizes the "one-number dual-network" design of "no changing cards, no changing numbers, and no additional peripherals". After it is loaded into the mobile phone, it can support emergency communication, search and rescue and other needs in desert areas, sea distress, earthquake rescue and other situations where there is no ground network coverage, and provide emergency communication guarantee means for users in my country and surrounding countries and regions, effectively solving the problem of "missing service area" problem.
"At present, this chip can be connected to any mobile phone. At the same time, Beidou has also opened up the connection between the short message platform and China's three major telecom operators. After any mobile phone has this chip built in, it can connect to Beidou satellites and send messages to Beidou." Wang Zhenling explain.
