China, not CCP. CCP is just the driver.
China has two choice if US made his mind. Confrontation or cooperation. There are rules of confrontation which suit both countries' interest.
What US is doing currently, is all about Trump reelection and hot air. There is no diplomatic meanings Chinese can take from those punches.
