Thank you, I Respect Islam and Muslims, every year my family goes to Syria to the Umayyad Mosque to pray for peace for Christians in the Middle East and the world, we pray for Christians in Pakistan to.

Brother we wish you and all syrians the best we pray for peace in your country and urge restraint on all sides and hope you resolve all your issues peacefully

Not just Christians it's Alwai's,Nationalists, Secular Syrians and some Sunnis as well, we don't want what happened in Iraq, Dr Assad has been our protector Unless theres a Complete Guarantee all of us are protected, we will continue to support him.

But my point is / was - you cannot at least if you are a practicing Christian let alone as a human with any honor - build your house of dreams on the bodies of innocent people being slaughtered. i.e. it makes you no different than Germans saying we tolerated Hitler because he protected me, so I was A-Okay to allow, look way from atrocities he did. Makes sense?

Killing of innocent muslims is as bad if not makes it worse if you / I build our house of dreams on their misery... you can't expect others to stand up for your plight when you do the same as the religious zealots from other religions , is what I'm trying to say.

I got Family in Damascus and there very strong Assad Supporters, Syria is a place where Muslims and Christians and other minorities have co existed and become friends , Our fear is the Gulf Countries like Saudi Arabia and UAE try to bring Syria into their Circle, we have seen what Saudi Money and influence did to Iraq as well as Pakistan and we don't wish that on anyone.

Saudi has purchased a lot of land in Pakistan, and they use they ideology in Madrassa in Pakistan etc.
