China No. 1 Foreign Investor in Bangladesh, New Official Figures Show

Keep an eye here. You will continue to get updates!!!
Say specific things in your regular updates fed by BAL propaganda machine. I am not talking about all the achievements by China starting from toys to jet planes. I am just asking to know the status of BD's production capability of tiny nails, sewing machines and needles. At least build the factories and talk of development.

In the case of China, it builds all the machines that manufacture these goods. Yet, the Chinese say their country will not reach a developed status before 2080, and BAL brats like you are propagating here and there that the world's Least Developed Country (LDC) BD will reach that status by 2041. Best joke of 21st Century!!!

Are not you guys ashamed to say so? This is why other people think BD people have no sense of humility. They are full of hollow bragging. At least, do something that India, Vietnam, and Indonesia do with respect to industrialization and progress.

Has this question not been answered to you by number of members in all different threads? Bangladesh will produce things based on its necessity and cost benefit analysis.

If any entrepreneur things that there will be business case for producing that it will be produced. Bangladesh is focusing on producing car, motor bike, electronics, laptop etc. why your fancy nails, swing machines and needles can not be produced? If I am not mistaken Bangladesh is already producing syringes why it can not produce needles if it require and a business case is there?

All the answers are incomplete, vague and unrelated. These are nothing more than believing in sky
power and miracle. So, when Bd will manufacture its small water pumps for irrigation and tube wells? Is it also after 2041?

BD is a developed country in 2041 and China in 2080. It is something like, "A child is born before his father is born".

Most of the things if not all are manufactured in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a small economy and may not make sense to build giant machine for production process.

Can you remember this ad of late 1990s or early 2000 of water pump? There are number of companies produce water pump now. I don’t know what is the problem of this traitor @bluesky who try to intentionally ignore all the success stories of Bangladesh or any bright prospect predicted by Government or foreign banks!!

Well giant machines (like machines for oil refineries, power generation, bridges) are typically built by custom order (bespoke) and these are project-based one-off processes. Only makes sense to produce them where there is large demand for economies of scale (India, China) or where extremely large pool of previously-used expertise and technical talent is available for overseas projects (Germany, USA, UK, France, Italy, Japan and nowadays China and Korea etc.) .

A place like Bangladesh has no business making large machinery for export (even when we are no longer such a small size economy) unless it is mass market in-demand item like Cargo/Passenger Ships (which we have a five hundred year tradition in, and) which we DO export in large numbers.

I noticed this type of strong negative feelings ( for lack of a better word !) among some older Bihari folks and folks belonging to the religion you mentioned.
