Of course, all those information are already in the Australian government database and they are all linked together.

There are the information on the actually license plate and driver license then they are linked together with other information on police database.

I am not sure where you get those information, but I just bought an Aldi SIM from Aldi less than 1 month ago, nobody ask me anything.

Maybe those are for Post Paid service, where you are going on a plan? You probably would need ID Check if you are about to go into contract with the Telco.

And does Hauawi or any other Chinese Phone companies give Chinese agencies right to spy common Chinese peoples, your CIA/FBI/MI-6 tracking whatsupp, Viber/Facebook traffic 24/7/365 days all year

I think you did not know Huawei are require to store their client information on Chinese Cloud server, which the Chinese government own. The Chinese government don't need to ask for permission...

On the other hand, Patriot act only applies to Non-US Subject, as per Mayfield vs US government, if the US government need to access a US Citizens or Legal Resident's facebook account, they still need to go thru court. See my previous post for more information

I don't just know buzz words ... I was born here.

You could have fooled me with your constant anti-American postings. You even called Americans 'jackals' when discussing the Kurds with Pakistanis.

Only fools put trust in jackals.

BS article written about a demonic man and evil USSA created ISIS to demean Islam.

Another CIA instigated fake news 'revolution' to stir the stupid moslem masses.

Ignore.
The Americans took out their asset that had served its purpose.

Good riddance... Till the next CIA creation...
A CIA sponsored coup to get a regime change because Bolivia has one of the world largest Lithium reserves.... America's next blood Oil source.

LOL... BS Fake news by the New York Times... AKA Jew Times.... it is a well known source of misinformation about the Muslims... and was a mainstream leading news outlet that toke fake news about Iraq's WMDs!!!

Here is an update to the Apple futile stand...

APPLE ADMITS GIVING GOVERNMENTS ACCESS TO THOUSANDS OF IPHONES AND OTHER DEVICES
Apple's Transparency Report reveals a 9 per cent rise in the number of demands for customer data in 2018

Apple approved more than 25,000 government requests to access customer data in the first half of 2018, according to its own figures.

The iPhone maker’s latest Transparency Report reveals it received 32,342 demands from governments around the world to access 163,823 devices, with 80 per cent of the requests granted.

...governments already tracks you.
For what?

I can understand if my bank tracks my spending. When I travels, I often forgot to inform the bank that I will be out of my usual geography, so often my bank cards got refused just to buy gas, then I have to call the bank and verify my ID and usage to unlock my card. In this situation, I am using the bank's services so I have to concede to certain personal information and compromises.

But what reasons are there for the government to track me thru my cell phone?

Looky here...If you are cool with the Chinese government tracks what you read, watch, and associate with, have the balls and come out and say so. If you are cool with that kind of very personal surveillance, then I am cool with you being cool with it. Americans are just not friendly to the US government to that level.

The car can be used for nefarious purposes, like to rob a bank or commit a murder. So yes, we should be careful with whoever wanting to buy a car. But a cell phone? The only entity that WILL view the cell phone as a weapon is the government. Usually the same government that views the book as a weapon as well.

FBI operating fleet of surveillance aircraft flying over US cities

The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the US carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology – all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, the Associated Press has learned.

Spies In The Skies
https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/peteraldhous/spies-in-the-skies
Each weekday, dozens of U.S. government aircraft take to the skies and slowly circle over American cities. Piloted by agents of the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the planes are fitted with high-resolution video cameras, often working with “augmented reality” software that can superimpose onto the video images everything from street and business names to the owners of individual homes.

Yupe, US government have collected and stored a very large and meticulous set of personal data for all of its citizens.

Ah, so you don't know anything about our institutions, fundamentals or laws. Figured as much when you started off with the claim that the Islamic state was created by Americans and our magical abilities to mind-control people.

I think your evolution is still wanting because you missed a key point of that report. It clearly says that APPLE decides what and IF to give the government anything. Not that the US government has control over apple and google like you previously claimed.

Quote " Throughout the report, Apple explained why government data requests occur, how Apple determines if a request is legally valid and if a request presents an emergency situation in which Apple will "voluntarily provide information to law enforcement."

"Government request circumstances can vary from instances where law enforcement agencies are working on behalf of customers who have requested assistance regarding lost or stolen devices, to instances where law enforcement are working on behalf of customers who suspect their credit card has been used fraudulently to purchase Apple products or services, to instances where an account is suspected to have been used unlawfully," Apple wrote. "Our legal team reviews requests received to ensure that the requests have a valid legal basis. If they do, we comply with the requests and provide data responsive to the request. If we determine a request does not have a valid legal basis, or if we consider it to be unclear, inappropriate and/or over-broad, we challenge or reject." https://searchsecurity.techtarget.c...-data-requests-rise-as-does-Apples-compliance

By flying planes its stored information on all citizens LOL.

Here is a statement on the planes that made to the US Congress by the FBI. Unlike China we have -------> checks and balances.
https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/fbi-aviation-program-purpose-and-scope
June 4, 2015
FBI Aviation Program: Purpose and Scope
The FBI routinely uses aviation assets in support of predicated investigations targeting specific individuals and, when requested and appropriate, in support of state and local law enforcement.

“It should come as no surprise that the FBI uses planes to follow terrorists, spies, and serious criminals,” said FBI Deputy Director Mark F. Giuliano. “We have an obligation to follow those people who want to hurt our country and its citizens, and we will continue to do so.”

Contrary to some recent media reporting, the FBI’s aviation program is not classified. Some of our aircraft are registered covertly because overt registration would put our aircraft and operations at risk of compromise. This covert registration is done under rigorous oversight of DOJ and in full compliance with the Attorney General Guidelines and the FBI’s Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide for undercover operations. The FAA is fully aware and supportive of this practice.

These aircraft are not equipped, designed, or used for bulk collection activities or mass surveillance, and are not routinely equipped with cell site simulators. With a court order, or under exigent circumstances such as a hostage situation, the aircraft can be fitted to include a cell site simulator. However, this is rarely utilized, and only with senior level approval. The FBI does not monitor lawfully protected first amendment activity."

Some of these posts are terribly immature. Seriously Guys, the whole purpose of a "Smart Phone" is to track you, record your conversations, and if you have any bio-metrics on the phone, then your bio-metrics is already with a private company. If you cannot comprehend this simple fact, then you seriously lacking basic IT and security comprehension.

Yeah thank god you're not one. Don't want the national average IQ to get drag down.
