You know sometimes I think China and US are "in on this". US stocks needed a timely correction and China GDP growth was the lowest ever last year. In a severe global market downturn people always want to save up and turn to China to buy cheap stuff. The reason y China GDP growth was so slow last year is coz when everyone is rich, they tend to splurge on luxury items and forget the cheap stuff (but not necessarily low quality) from China. China and US being "in on it" means a win win for both countries...

Just watch how this small blip in the global markets will propel China GDP growth to +7% in the next couple of years.
