I hope within next 10 years, there will be our 6x 052C DDGs + 30x 052D DDGs + 10x 055 DDGs + 30x 054A/B FFGs + 20x AIP subs + 10x nuclear attack-subs sea drill in the water ... the more time passed the more advanced warships built in future.

Yes there are territorial disputes on some small reefs/islands, but I hope that would be limited to negotiation between professional diplomats and wouldn't affect the normal business/leisure relationship between nice people of the two countries!
