China may not veto US move for action inside Pakistan

Pakistan is what? Do you even know how the Israel got to that position? Do you really think Communist Party could afford to seriously go against US for another country? It would have serious economic implications which I don't think China's communist party can able to afford.

If US feels that attack on Pakistan is central for their national security, no country in this world could stop them. China definitely cannot stop it. I am not saying this because of my animosity for Pakistan as an Indian but I am just trying to state a fact as I see it. There aren't many influential supporters for China in this regard. Acting against US, would put China at odd against entire western world and significantly India.

PS: I know Chinese don't care about India. So don't bother replying to that part.

Listen, america is militarily the most powerful nation but not almighty. Who says that america doesn't consider attacking and getting the Pakistani nukes central to their fu***** national interest? If it had the power it would have done so by now. So, get some rest before you talk, it will clarify your vision.

China may Veto if US brings this issue in UN....

DId they bring it to UN??
or can anyone tell me when they will bring...

Wat if they strike again without any UN notification like they did last time...

.
and when was the last time US brought this to UN.

Jang group of ToI groupies is trying its best to damage Pakistan by their fantasy write ups

On what fking planet would China not veto US pressure against Pakistan?
I'm afraid the stories circulated by Pakistani officials that China had given Pakistan a "blank check" (so to speak) of support against U.S. intrusions were grossly exaggerated and have compelled the Chinese government to issue a stiffer response. The gov't of Pakistan has, essentially, murdered its honor through its lies to the U.S. China can stand a regime lying to its own people but not to China, and Pakistan can't really be telling China and the U.S. two different stories on subjects the U.S. and China coordinate in their mutual interest or it would get caught right away.

So Pakistan had to be lying to China, and Pakistan has to pay for that. There is no "blank check" and the Chinese gov't is watching Pakistan very closely - more closely than before the American snatched OBL.

.
what must need be emphasized is the fact that after 9/11 the notion of preemptive actions against attacks on america's security should not be taken lightly even with a liberal president at the helm.

obama has promised many things before he got elected in regard to national security issues like torture and gitmo. you can bet that there is still water-boarding going on and gitmo is still open.

you can count on american rushing into pakistan if pakistan's civil society breaks down. highly unlikely but americans will surely do everything within their powers to get a hold of pak's nukes.

all i got to said is that god forbid if a nuke ever get into the hand of terriost and is unleash on an american city....trust me on this one, the american people aint going to nice to nobody.

The only liars are in your administration, China is not foolish enough not to see through the smoke and screens, what is happening is a political ploy, everyone is keeping their mouth shut to try to access the situation and access what the Americans are up to, but Pakistan is not a lame duck, the sort of blatant assault carried out against a civilian target will not work on a military installation, and USA do not know where Pakistan nukes are hidden, so it's one thing killing a few unarmed people in a civilian compound and say job done, we got him, it's another thing to go after Pakistani nukes, which the CIA have no idea where they are stored. No one central Government in the world is buying this, but again the means justify the ends, if the end is good for Pakistan and means the reconciliation of Afghanistan, it doesn't matter, but if the means is to stir up in the region again, then if Pakistan do not acquiesce so they are made to look like they harbor terrorist on purpose, then they will be retaliation for this for certain. The only way forward and out for America and the people involved in this messed up war is still to reconcile with the Taliban.

The only way any terrorist nukes is going to get blown off in America is that they set it off themselves. Al Qaeda do not have the capability, and all these hoax about Pakistani nukes being unstable is a lie obviously. Pakistani nukes are in safe hands, America need not worry about that, they would rather know where these nukes are stored then actually worry about a few primitive terrorists getting their hands of the nuke.

If the US attacks pakistan, pakistan can hold its soldiers in afghanistan hostage by cutting their supply and starving them to death. The US will be forced to either back off or escalate, and escalate could result in a nuclear war.

There we go. Superior IQ speaking.

all we ever here in the press is how china and the US are at each other throats. yes in general they might not like each other, but you are dam right they are working together or as you put it "coordinating" their mutual interests. when you are the 2 biggest economies in the world and controls about 40% of the world economic output you can be sure coporate america and corporate china working together at some level and more so than what the public see.

last week annual sino-US strategic dialogue, while the press focused on the yuan and human rights, behinds close doors i can guaranteed you pakistan was at the top of the discussion. while both countries will try to serve their own interest in south asia, both china and the US have have nothing to gain and a lot to lose if they don't "support" pakistan.

this is true, while a terrorist org most liek ly dont have the expertise and logistic to nuke, they can still make a 'dirty" bomb while not nearly severe as a nuke it will still have huge psychological effect

I like how there is a sudden surge of posts made to convince that India & Russia's relationship is time tested and will not change; Russia & Pakistan can't work together because Afghanistan lolol, China donated less to Pakistan in humanitarian aid than America so China isn't a time tested ally but America is, how China 'may not' veto against American actions on Pakistan and SCO is nothing and we don't care if they (Pakistan) are in it only to see India having interest in joining afterall. Funny much? lololol

Pasha fell into a trap and he's carried you along with it, Wolfie. He waved the borders issue and nukes as a red herring. After all, Pasha could have thanked the U.S. for ridding Pakistan of a terrorist nuisance that was clearly beyond his ability or competence to detect and eliminate. That would be consistent with Pakistan's declarations at the U.N. and to its major partners. Instead, the value held highest - what Pasha fought for, and through him, Pakistan's parliament - is that of the right of Pakistan to serve as the shield of mass-murdering terrorists.

Now you know why your country is in the mess it is in. The ISI and its Army don't exist to protect Pakistani citizens. They exist as the protectors of terrorists, allowing them to give birth and incubate on Pakistani soil. So what if hundreds of civilians and FC rookies die in bombings? They are all part of the war, and terrorists need to practice. Besides, it is only through lack of law and order that an organization like the ISI wields maximum clout: the organs of law enforcement ineffective, people feel compelled to turn to an ISI acting outside the law to keep Pakistan intact. And your Parliament? The MPs that have a lot to hide can be manipulated by the ISI while the honest ones can have their names besmirched and kicked out of office, or assassinated if they are too popular.

What is left to try? Why not people power, on the streets, as in the Philippines of 1986 which kicked out Ferdinand Marcos? If enough democracy-minded Pakistanis turn out the ISI-supported militants will be cowed, even more so than the Muslim Brotherhood was in Egypt earlier this year.

china certainly will guard Pakistan's interest. that's 100 percent for sure. VETO is guaranteed.

and meanwhile china will secure Pakistan's nukes even before u.s.a's getting there. nobody think of that?

.
Any action by US could say good by to its selected people running Pakistan, even PM said that any other big adventure by US will end its government.
Why don't Pakistan and US keep all the actions security? if US yahoo would have not killed people in day light in Lahore and US would have kept Osama operation security the current government would be thanking to it. Take Osama away to no man lands and US can do what ever , even with Mullah Omar.

US is making civilian government weak but not the army as its popularity has grown after these actions from US as they have come clean and even today ISI chief said US operative was released on President and PM request.

Wrong, the war was brought upon Pakistan by the invasion in the first place, and the spiraling terrorism is brought about by your war on terror, without acknowledging the underlying truth, your whole statement becomes inaccurate. No one walks into a trap, it is America who launch an illegal assault against a civilian target and killed someone very harmless and the only information they gleaned out of these is some claimed email messages, and porno stash. Again your view is warped because you have absolutely no understanding of the situation, i suggest you stop making up theories and deal with facts. No NATO in Afghanistan = no terrorism, NATO incites violence because they are seen as occupiers, and Pakistan is in no position to deal with the Haqqanis especially with the vultures from the South breathing down their neck any chance they get. NATO themselves cannot afford to escalate it either, since they can't even fix security in Afghanistan in 10 years of the war. This is all a political ploy like i said, no one is trapped. It's not a game like you try to make it to be.
