Mate it is just a part of speech it doesn't mean only Indian & Pakistan lived there.It means if Asian can learn Deutsch and working in Germany and then what's wrong in working in China and learning Chinese.

You made it sound like as there are as many Indians and Pakistanis in Germany as Turks, which is far, far, far from reality. In fact, while a see Turks on a daily basis, it's once in a while I see a South Asian on the street and I'm living in a very big city.

Building supercomputers hardly takes a great talent anymore. However, I am of opinion that a supercomputer should be built for a purpose and not just for pride.

Let's avoid racist comments. I think at some point this will happen and Indians will be hired in China but under current tense relations it seems only a remote possibility

Technically speaking, a super computer is a network of computers working together in parallel to solve a problem. The technology of cluster and parallel computing has evolved to a point that a good university can build a supercomputer of its own. Also you don't need lot of money to build a super computer now as was the case in 1990's
