USA has the best medical school in the world. USA has also the best post secondary education system in the world. They make sure that morons do not become doctors that is why it takes 10 years to become one. In US/Canada you need to do your bachelors and have a GPA of more then 3.5 out of 4 along with having an MCAT score in the 90th percentile in order to be considered in the medical schools, same as law schools. Having a bachelors in something else makes you more diversed and cretive in what you do. I know this because i just did my undergrad from university of toronto and waiting for my law school acceptance hopefully i get in.

Well that is true but, Germany gives you a mixture of both affordable and quality education...which is a rare combination. Not all are lucky to get in Ivy League unis in USA though...hence should look for better options.

I remember seeing "Masters in Aeronautical Engineering" at Technical University Munich site, beside of which it was written 575 Euro/year (app.). What a sight eh!!

I always say, je manush er alternatives dekha dorkar in terms of education. US, Aus, UK er baireo to desh ase naki!

if you send the students to germany they will have to bare the full cost, the only reason the education is almost free in germany is because the government fully subsidises the education system. I am a canadian system so i used to pay a tuition fees at university of toronto of around 4-6 k, well at the end of the year it would around 3 k with grants and burseries, well an international student pays around 22 - 30 k.
