Easy! Change course vis-a-vis Afghanistan and stop using Talis against the Afghan state.
Deal with Afghanistan in state-state level, put all your grievances on the table and let us deal with them in an objective manner. You will find that Afghans are more receptive when dealt with that way, you will find an eternal friend on your western flank.
