Country cannot develop well if it is constantly at war.
LTTE is recognise by UN and international as terrorism group.
China's role is helping SL to end the war and build ports.

Though China has its internal problems, most problems are exploited and instigate by western world.
India has MORE internal problems than China does. If you don't believe me, search Manipur, Assam, Nagalim, Kashmir on YouTube. Your country literally has more than half of the states have independence movement. To crackdown these movements, Indian army is very heavyhanded. So in terms of Human Rights record, Inida is very bad.

Dude I'd love to debate you on this subject and give you a comparison of Human rights in India and China, but your comment screams about your ignorance on this subject and the milestones that your country have set. I don't blame you personally because I know jailed people have very limited or no knowledge about the outside world.

And mind you that baton charging on a unruly mob is not the same as summarily executing innocent people for their body organs.

Dude by posting these unsourced vids you are trying to equate with the gross live-flesh industry that's thriving in your country??

The police is handling the unruly public with a heavy hand, so how does that equates with Govt. goons kidnapping a live human being to cut out his organs?!! Where is the similarity?

Even if I believe your videos are true I see people are being beaten up by the police...so?? I didn't see anyone hit by bullet...no blood...of course they were baton charged and intimidated with some single shotgun at close range, but not a single bullet was fired at someones body.I do agree these things are not humane, unless in some communist country.

But that is not even nearer to what the Tibetans go through everyday. You kill them in hundreds of thousands...and sell their organs..that's called genocide..ethnic cleansing. And remember the people here are beaten up by the local police, which are of same ethnicity/race as the public. It's not a race domination as in China, where the Hans killed millions of ethnic Tibetans and subdue other races.

If I were to post youtube vids of Chinese brutality I can easily fill 10 pages of 20 posts each of your 'peaceful' and 'stable' mass murders even your media doesn't cover them. I am not competing with you about how low a gov or human being can go. China had banned organ transplant for forerigners several years ago, which I think is the right move. Indian also had kidney smuggle ring, which is well documented by international organization. I think you won't be proud of this.

I don't understand some Indian guys here, who likes to bash China, as if it make them feel better. Your life won't turn better for bashing any one, only if you can develop yourself. Srilanka will never think of bringing in Chinese military to our southern border,If they do so they definitely will pay a very good price with Tamil Elam.They have had enough for supporting Pakistan during war. They may "use" China and Pakistan and but do not dream of any military presence there.They could win this War against LTTE only because Congress ruling in India and would have been different otherwise ....
