Yes true, about 3% of them are high caste Brahmins, controlling and ruling India, control the media, in bureaucracy, all the higher posts, in decision making...rest about 15 % are also higher castes Kshatriyas, Vaishyas making it about 18% of the total population of India, rest are low castes Shudras, Dalits(about 350 millions called untouchables), SC/ST/OBC and others making about a billion plus population of low castes(and outside of caste or Hinduism)...and you here see the result of it. Few people knew Dalits are outside the Caste system or outside Hinduism...

A billion plus people are controlled by 18-20% of the population or rather controlled by 3% Brahmins(media is all under Brahmins higher castes)...no wonder India will remain like this till the end of times.

from what I observed/learnt, Muslims 172 millions and 28 million Christians are also untouchable for the Brahmans (referred to as Mlecha, their word for foreign barbarian/infidel/kafir etc.)
so I thought 300 million+172 million+28 million=500
