we have disputes with many countries, did we ever issue this kind of warning with Japan?
If you can't keep our citizen safe, of course we need to warn them, its the responsibility of our government to advise them not to go to a country if their lives could be in danger.

Well can't say anything but aside form the Philippines, I prefer Thailand than Malaysia when going out of vacation outside the PH as I have stayed in Thailand from 1998 to 2000.
