New Delhi: China has grant[ed] normal visas to four journalists who were born in Jammu and Kashmir, a state that Beijing considers to be a disputed area. The journalists are accompanying Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on his China tour.
Way too obvious why normal visas were issued ...

good, why not negociate?
india stop invade pk, and return south kishmir to pk. or exchange south kishmir with hyderabad.
so, india can get peace, i m pleased to see it.
