If indeed Chinese citizens are leaving India, the first major sign the China is well on path for surgical strikes on India. Chinese citizens in India will no doubt be vulnerable to Hindu mod when China strikes India.

If china do a major strike in India, the first they loose is the market and second their 80% oil supply through indian ocean will be stand still.Chinese are not that fool....

The situation in East Pakistan was anything but home ground....with hostile locals, even a superpower like US can't maintain foothold in say Afghanistan......anyways Red Corridor maybe across some ravines and lakes but it certainly is not overseas....how easy is it to operate there.

I'm not questioning that both sides have a difference of opinion in their territorial claims on various stretches of land but disputing what you said that the road would get built- this incident has shown it won't be tolerated so speaking pragmatically how is that possible?
